Reporting 'Beta' - Rule-12

Well, it all started about 2 months ago.

When the user - Beta had his services open.

I decided to purchase 1-99 hunter off him.

The first week, it was going great.

After that i sort've started to see that he's not doing much.. He said he had 'family' issues.

Anyway, it's been 2 months now and my account - Adswin has been in lumbridge for a while now.

I've sent this guy the full $25 and he said it'd take about 20 Days to do, not 2 months.. He's now in-active on Rule-12 and on MSN and i cannot contact him.

I have wasted my time, money, pins, etc on him. I've warned him, now i report him..

Maybe he really is having family problems and can't get on the computer.

If he was to scam you, he wouldn't just do nothing on the account.

He said he had family problems 2 weeks ago. He didn't say he couldn't bot.

He said he had family problems at 91 hunter, got to 92 hunter and just went completely in-active.

I could do the same, set up a service, get them to pay me, leave for 3 months saying something is wrong with my family...?

What could possibly be so wrong, that you cannot contact me for 2weeks.

His uncle died, he told me?

2 weeks of non contact for that - i don't think so.

He's scammed me.

Don't post on this mate, you'll only get infracted.

I've changed the pass, getting him banned and I'm gonna do a bit of hunting myself. I think I'd feel happier if i did it. + I don't wanna go through the whole scene of someone else botting it, i know what happened last time - not saying you'd do it, but yeah.

I will send him a PM about this, giving like a week to reply, it could be IRL problems.

And I will TWC him untill he replies atleast.

Grandpa could be from another state, or helping out family, or anything really.

But he has been on MSN now and then and when i talk to him - he loggs off straight away.
